Account manager at AG/CAD.Key responsibilities include - • Liaising with existing customers, assessing requirements and creating awareness of new digital cutter technology, advances in KASEMAKE packaging design software and training.• Creating new sales leads along with working through historic contacts to identify sales prospects.• Testing of updates to KASEMAKE software and DYSS digital cutters.• Carrying out customer site visits and creating case studies on digital cutter installations.In my previous design manager roles, I have gained extensive knowledge of packaging products, and how the use of these materials impacts performance and budget. Materials I have worked with include corrugated board, folding box board, foam, heavy duty export grade materials, flat sheet PVC and polypropylene. I have an excellent knowledge of offset litho, digital, screen and flexographic print. More recently I have been working with digital print materials ranging from vinyl and Foamex to aluminium composite and acrylic.I have worked as a member of a large team and in smaller companies giving me a verity of business experiences. My main strengths are in building strong customer relationships, innovation and seeing projects through.During my career, I have been awarded several Starpacks and a Worldstar award.
