As Executive General Manager Client Development and Engagement, I’m responsible for creating new opportunities and ensuring the growth and retention of existing business. It’s a role that I relish, not just for the challenge that this presents but for the tangible difference it can make to employers and their people. MMSG is a market-leading provider of employee benefits programs, and I spend the majority of my time working with current and prospective clients to help shape their salary packaging program and strengthen their employee value proposition. Together we design and implement employee benefits programs that can be measured and optimised, offer maximum value to employees, and in turn, help bolster an engaged and loyal workforce. A key part of my role is to deliver on savings to this workforce while supporting their employers to attract and retain the right talent. I pride myself on being reliable and consistent at every level. I am deeply committed to supporting my team and delivering outstanding results. As a champion for the business and my clients, I’m passionate about doing a great job every day, for every stakeholder I encounter. My professional style blends a keen focus on results with a genuine care for the people I interact with. Over the years, I’ve held a number of sales roles within MMSG and beyond that have challenged me in different ways.
