- Full responsibility and accountability for the operational, commercial and pro-active sales (internal & external) of the branch, including the workshop facility.- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.- Responsible for the management of P&L for the branch. - Identify and instigate improved efficiencies wherever possible.- Ensure all administrative functions are completed within timescales and of a high standard.- Review and develop existing standards. - Accountable for all areas of stock management within the branch.- Dealing with customer telephone or counter enquiries for parts/sales/repairs.- Recruit, manage and develop new employees for your branch.- Manage holiday, sickness and absence leave for your employees. - Accountable for conducting Company disciplinary and grievance procedure as appropriate.- Provide a safe working environment for employees. Robustly monitor health and safety behaviours.
