Raise purchase order to order materials for all contracted job sites and all other job sites as per the manager’s approval and part of scope of work plan.All materials must be ordered, prepared and delivered to all job sites as per scope of work plan.Supervise and allocate storeman to prepare and pick all materials for all job sites.Supervise and load, raise delivery dockets for all materials delivered to all job sites.Communicate and allocate Maintenance Foreman/ Supervisors, carpenters, tilers, painters, welders,Etc.as per tasks approved and allocated by the manager, requested by the tenant or a client as per maintenance schedules. Prepare Purchase Order Registry Sheet for all orders and materials used monthly for costings for all job sites.Communicate with all Maintenance Foreman/Supervisor by calling them via phone every 3:00pm everyday to get their next day plan tasks list of materials so we can get it prepared for next day work plan tasks.Assist the Manager to track completed and on-going projects via @Provide daily/weekly update on cyclic maintenance jobs via@whats up group through phone or email.Carry out inspections on tasks delegated to the Maintenance Foreman/Supervisor for repair & maintenance on residential properties within the contracted estate and identify corrective action needed where necessary.Also carry out inspections on tasks delegated to Maintenance Foreman/Supervisors for repair & maintenance on residential properties within the estate to confirmed that the job/tasks have been completed as per the scope of work plan or the tenant and client request.Do filings of all property maintenance invoices, delivery dockets, project daily job sheets, etc. according to their job sites and dates.Do morning daily deep reading for (fuel) diesel tank.Do tally for (fuel) diesel usage daily.Prepare monthly fuel usage sheet.Monitor GPS tracker to see where all the drivers are when allocating tasks to them to pick-up orders from suppliers.Others
