Project Manager
Current- Project Manager in a team responsible for delivering a portfolio of medium to large infrastructure or application related projects to a UK Government department. Major projects successfully delivered include a £2M+.
- Assessment of work requests received from the client, determining the scope of the work required and providing an estimate of the associated costs
- Obtaining quotations for the provision of services and hardware from third party suppliers
- Creating project plans and budgets and using these to track project progress
- Agreeing project time scales with the customer
- Management of project budgets and resources
