Andrew Spalding is a data-driven, Sales Leader at Aurora Solar with an entrepreneurial vision and a proven track record of more than 10 years of success both directly selling as well as building & scaling teams in both B2B & B2C verticals. Prior to Aurora, he spent nearly half of his life living abroad in the developing world through which he gained a profound understanding of & appreciation for renewable energy, as his home in both Benin & Haiti was powered by solar + storage. Andrew holds a B.S. in Management and a B.A. in French from La Sorbonne & Florida State University and is fluent in both French & Haitian Creole.At Aurora, tackling renewable energy’s soft costs (including customer acquisition, direct & indirect labor, permitting, inspection, & interconnection, and overhead) has become one of Andrew’s biggest passions. After helping Aurora to prove out & build each of its sales segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, & Strategic) he now focuses on empowering other Account Executives through direct coaching, mentoring, & development and leads a team focused on expanding key partnerships and building long-term relationships. A key focus of his team at Aurora is to identify, propose, & deliver innovative workflows leveraging Aurora Solar's Computer Vision, Machine Learning, & AI-Powered technology in order to optimize marketing, sales, & operations processes and deliver significant operational efficiencies.
