I have led and experienced some of the changes in dynamics within the home delivery and freight markets as well as working within leading European Logistics Companies providing high quality, profitable and cost-efficient delivery, collection and warehousing services to a wide range of blue-chip clients. My speciality? I am a proven people manager who leads and develops Management Teams, giving them a focused and professional approach to engaging more effectively with their colleagues? I have a track record of using this approach to increase operational efficiency, service levels, safety, compliance and customer experience.My broad operational experience allows me to challenge normal procedures and continuously seek efficiencies and process improvements.
