My role as General Manager of Technical Services utilises over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and leadership. In particular, the construction of large diameter water mains and associated civil infrastructure. I have managed significant projects in which I was responsible for all aspects of construction delivery, extensive traffic control, mechanical and electrical works, and connections to live water mains. Previously a major shareholder, director and construction manager of Pipeline & Civil I have taken up the role of General Manager of Technical Services responsible for further developing our company's capability. I am responsible for facilitating our in-house “Future Leaders Programme” where I pass on my experience and knowledge of leadership to the next generations of leaders in our business. I take an active role in mentoring and developing staff to reach their potential.
