This work extends from client liaison through to leading the team to design, develop and deliver learning solutions to each of these businesses, and all associated reporting tools. Scope includes leading a team of 60+ people with associated responsibilities for budget and management across Australia and New Zealand.Diversity of role coverage includes Generation, LPG Supply and Delivery, APLNG Project, CSG, Pipelines, Drilling & Completions, Commissioning, and Onshore and Offshore Facilities –Otway Gas, BassGas, Networks and other assets. Critical delivery of Operational Readiness for APLNG capability for Owners team.Successes – Leading a transformational change in Competency visibility and understanding within Origin which has seen the business lift its compliance to competency from 30-40% (depending on Business) to now in excess of 80%. This work was done within 12 months and also included providing legacy solutions that will manage the need forwards. Delivered a procedure solution to the LNG business that has seen the business shift from a place of limited Standard operating procedures to having all core procedures in place and being utilised. Designed an approach to competency that has now been rolled across the organisation as a standard language to enable understanding of training requirements and the Organisational competency burden. (5F’s)Implemented a process within the team to ensure the client groups needs were fully understood, scoped, costed and then work completed within agreed cost and time constraints. Leading the Information Management team in Production Operations guided by the IM strategy to ensure the business has its DDFO (Data and Documentation for Operations) requirements in place for the operational phase.Successes – Building a team of 40+personnel over 2 years (from 1).Meeting all deadlines and targets for Capability Operations Readiness.Designing, Building and Implementing a learning solution that enables front line personnel to shift from Non-Competent to Competent within 6 months.
