Responsibilities included onsite training for both our staff and our customers. Responsible for implementing and coaching of new processes with sales team. Played a key role with New dealership instillations.

Started as a Management Trainee in Portland, OR, but later transferred back to the bay area in August. I worked at the Pleasanton location in the Rosewood Shopping center.

Provided training for all new servers to the restaurant. I was also responsible for surveying the restaurant and ensure that each customer enjoyed their experience. In doing this I had manager powers and was responsible for breaking the manager for their breaks.

Managed the front desk operations on a day to day basis. Managed 15 employees and coordinated with other departments to help the guest experience during their stay. I was also responsible for scheduling, training, and hotel manager on duty.
