Email blast marketing and targeting for different key clientele.

Work in a high volume call center. Responsibilities include processing payments, addressing insurance claim rejection reports, resolving incorrect patient addresses, posting insurance and patient payments in appropriate billing systems. Manage high volume incoming phone inquiries and outbound calls to patients and doctor offices.
