As program and operations director for this college and community radio station, I supervised over fifty staff members and created weekly schedules to cover twenty hours a day of live programming. As program director, I worked with the staff to create ideas and schedule shows. I collaborated on a station program guide. My weekly radio show, "The Devine Intervention," consisted of contemporary alternative and indie rock. The three hour program required researching new artists, following music trends through social media and a variety of music websites. While I was employed at WMLN, I was inducted into the Lambda Pi Eta National Honor Society for Communication professionals.

Hosted a live radio show twice a week, and assisted with the management and organization of the music library.

Ensure the comfortable living for all residents in two house-style residence halls. This included night-time on-duty hours and monthly programs geared to educate residents on a variety of subjects.
