My role involves looking after my own projects and projects of coworkers within my department. I am involved with site visits and project meetings. I still run my own projects and do all the field work associated with them. I am involved with training and education of all new staff and increasing the knowledge of current employees.

Performed air and water balancing on various projects throughout BC. Ran the projects from start to finish which included prepping the job, all the field work and creating the final report to send to the client.
