* More than three years experience as primary technical support for MyChart and/or EpicCare Link web applications for eleven healthcare systems in five countries, allowing 100,000's of patient and 1000's of clinicians appropriate access to medical information and services.* Published and sixteen articles (more than 100 pages) to Epic's Userweb on troubleshooting and build solutions.
