I install various commercial/high end residential/marine I.T. systems. Examples such as Security Systems including the trigger devices (glass breaks, motion sensors, occupancy sensors...) and cameras with DVR and monitors. We install and service large area wi-fi set ups, install Demarc extensions, commercial/high end residential/marine camera (wired and wireless), audio and video systems just to name s few. We will do complete new work installations for businesses or larger homes and old work I.T. remodel when the existing equipment needs to be added to, upgraded or replaced. We also have a Marine division for I.T. installations on yachts or ships. O.G.S. is a small company picking up large contracts (Planet Fitness, Weight Watchers, T.J. Maxx/Marshalls, Subway, to name a few) due to the hard work and leadership that has been shown by an ambitious and intelligent owner/boss. This company is growing rapidly and I'm proud to be a part of it!

I started in the electrical division, as I brought 9 years of electrical wholesale experience with me, working the counter and warehouse as well as doing sales. Seeing as the company also dealt in plumbing and HVAC wholesale, I made an effort to learn that part of the company's business as well. After being very impressed with my product knowledge and customer service abilities, I was made manager of an underperforming branch of the company and tripled sales from a gross in the low 300K to over a million in less than 4 years while also increasing the profit margin. Despite the store being located in a less than ideal location, I was able to increase sales substantially through product knowledge and exceptional customer service.

This was my first job in the electrical wholesale industry. I started out by working in the warehouse, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, pulling delivery orders and driving the deliveries to the customer's job site. After gaining experience with the product, I moved up to doing sales at the counter and doing all of the tool purchasing for the company. Customer Service has always been a top priority and seems to come naturally to me and combined with a real knowledge about electrical products and applications, I had eventually built a strong reputation and loyal customers. I believe that growing up in a family of electricians and contractors (grandfather, father, brother), gave me a better understanding of the needs and the issues that are important to my customers.
