Technical Support Engineer for Somfy UKI am responsible for providing technical specifications, solutions and base to high level support for products offered by our UK business. This may be specifying products for a given installation, aiding in the troubleshooting of devices or assisting in the initial set-up or maintenance of an installation.I am an Electrical/Electronic Engineer educated to a HND level, with a strong interest in anything from smaller circuitry and radio to larger power-distribution based systems.
