Our crews work on production for some of the biggest names in entertainment today, and our clients include the world's leading entertainment and concert promoters.Job Description: - Point of contact for new and established client relations and customer service in Atlanta.- Creates dialogue and works closely with the Operations Manager to effectively provide each client with the best service possible for their upcoming event.- Works in direct correlation with onsite Project Coordinators/Leads to efficiently provide support, create invoices and reinforce payroll for each event.- Develops cost estimates and current rate sheets for all upcoming events in relation to production advance information and budgeting requirements provided by the client.- Generates invoices for billing on all events in the Atlanta market before show day settlement for concerts, or daily for festivals and other multi-day events.- Responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts receivables, processing purchase orders, and other accounting functions.- Maintains record keeping of all events and applicable documentation for work in the Atlanta area, and provides human resource support for workers.- Provides support, filing and management of worker's compensation claims and OSHA logs for all operating cities.- Utilizes various online media and marketing techniques: designing online advertising, developing news stories in relation to recent work or new developments within the industry for the company website, etc.

- Toured with the now Grammy-award winning bluegrass band as a member of their touring crew to efficiently load in, set up, and load out production and merchandising for live performances at night clubs, theaters and festivals across the country.- Operated as stage and guitar technician to ensure that instruments, pedal-boards, microphones, and various other equipment were all set up and operational according to the band’s standards.- Managed merchandise quantities and sales, interacted with fans to effectively promote the band, settled with venue management and/or promoter after each show, and stayed in regular contact with the band's management team to review merchandise quantities and sales.- Photographer for the band’s “Show Hive” (a unique take on the show archive), managing theseposts by publishing photos from each show to the band’s website within 24-hours.- Assisted with site operations, setting up and tearing down production, and installing festival grounds lighting for the Festy Experience.
