• Conducted recruitment, evaluations, interviews, career counseling, and computer/paper case management for disconnected youth, tripling the enrollment rate of disconnected young adults in Mesa.
• Managed the County's only Genesis Program Youth Hub in Mesa, servicing nearly 100 community members weekly.
• Expanded access of program services from high school dropouts to a wide array of under-serviced youth, proactively coordinating with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and applying careful reading of.

• Managed a local team of 4 staff members and 3 interns conducting outreach, teaching programs, and group counseling with homeless children in the slums of Uganda twice weekly.
• Oversaw the resettlement of 23 homeless children with their families.
