• Lead the Campus controls team to support day to day operations of the BAS/EPMS through in-depth knowledge of the mechanical and electrical system design intent• Monitor and track performance level of the Controls Team against KPI’s and SLA’s• Talent manage all staff within the CE Compliance Team to ensure appropriate training plans, performance reviews and career progression is identified• Manage and schedules the workload for the team. Communicate lessons learned to the Campus• Responsible for the preparation and management of all KPI and SLA EPMS/BAS reporting metrics as per the main scope of works for the campus• Assist site specific EPMS/BAS systems training to the CE Team via the site CET program. Assist in the development and training of technicians and apprentices to ensure robust succession plans for the Data Centre team• Manage and develop a professional relationship with Microsoft representatives across the Campus to create a positive customer experience• Manage and schedules the workload for the team. Prioritizes work, supervises and coordinates PMs, Break Fixes to insure progress and timely completion of the Controls Teams deliverables• Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the Data Centre domain• Ensure all site EPMS/BAS related procedures including EOPs, SOPs, MOPs are in place. • Technical Supervision of the operation, maintenance and repair of all critical environment systems while maintaining 99.999% uptime to all critical power systems • Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the Data Centre domain • Follow up and close out on all BMS issues raised by the CE Team through daily shift reports and CMMS open WO’s. • Maintain all BMS controls and equipment at optimal operational level including calibration of all sensors. • Develop and keep up to date all site mechanical and controls and BMS related procedures including EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, and APs. All documentation should be consistent with current client standards. • Generation of periodic technical reports detailing the activities and issues relevant to the Data Centre domain • Provide site specific mechanical and controls training to the CE Team • Drive site wide energy efficiency and maintain targeted site PUE • Assist in the development and training of technicians and apprentices with BMS related issues.

• Senior Member of Mechanical Team responsible for:o Carrying out Preventive, Corrective and Reactive Maintenance on all Critical Environment HVAC systems to aid in providing 99.999% uptime for the Data Centre Fuel Oil System, Sprinkler System, EVAP Washer, UPS Battery cooling, Generators and Pump sets.o Utilising Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to detail & track all work orders and outstanding issues• Liaise with the clients Mechanical Engineer on current operational issues & future projects• Development of reports on the operational issues surrounding the HVAC systems & Mechanical plant• Perform daily site walks to identify issues within the data centre and to ensure these are resolved or procedures are in place to deal with them• Working closely with site multidisciplinary teams from Electrical, Controls & Deployments to ensure any impact to the critical environment is planned for & preventative & reactive measures are in place during works• Operating of the Building Management System (BMS) as a diagnostic tool to identify possible problem areas with the HVAC plant.• Developing & maintaining HVAC & Mechanical related procedures, EOPs, SOPs, MOPs, Aps & Drills• Identifying critical spares & ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained• Witnessing of Level 5 & Level 5 testing on projects before handover & full site implementation• Assist Calibration Technicians in fault finding on critical instrumentation including pressure, temperature & relative humidity sensors• Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the critical environment• Supervision & liaising with sub-contractors and vendors for maintenance, breakfix & project works

o Working as part of a team of Technicians carrying out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.o Develop and work on effective Preventative Maintenance. Maintaining and monitoring performance via the use of PM's and BMS systems. Carrying out fault finding diagnosis, running adjustments and carrying out repairs as necessary on all plant and equipment.o Carrying out Preventive Maintenance work orders in the Utility's Department. Working of a (CMMS) Computer Maintenance Management System.o Utility's Department consisting off, Steam Boilers, LTHW Boilers, High & Low Pressure Steam/Condensate, Softened Water, Reverse Osmosis water systems, Chillers & HVACs systems, Cooling Towers.o Testing, sampling & monitoring of cooling tower water and steam boiler water calibrating probes insuring that the correct chemicals are dosed as required.o Carrying out weekly and monthly Preventive Maintenance on the Sprinkler & Fire suppression systems.o Preforming weekly test runs of the Generator making sure it is ready when called upon to supply power to the essential electrical distribution boards.o Creating and Completing work orders on computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) SAP.

o Working with a team of Technicians carrying out Corrective Maintenance, supporting Tech Services with problems that may occur around the plant and show up on Distribution Control System (DCS).o Perform scheduled (PM) and unscheduled (CM) maintenance tasks in accordance with site policies and procedures. o Creating and Completing work orders and requisition of parts on computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) MAXIMO. o Carrying out calibrations on Endress and Hauser Ph transmitters insuring water leaving site is within limits set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).o Use of Lockout Tagout procedure isolating valves on lines containing hazardous chemicals with the aid of Process and Instrumentation Drawings (P+ID) before commencing work on Assets.o Racking out of electrical motors from the Motor Control Centre room (MCC).o Maintaining pumps in solvent recovery, waste water treatment plant and tank farm areas.o Preform full overhaul of Durco pumps replacing Flowserve mechanical seals and bearings.o Laser Alignment of Pumps, Motors and fans.o Predictive Maintenance on motors, pumps and fans using Vibration Analysis.o Maintaining the Maintenance Quality System by adherence to all relevant SOP’s, policies and GMP requirements.o Filing and archiving of Facilities and Maintenance documentation.o Providing support to Operations, Validation, Engineering and Quality when required.

o Worked in a team of technicians carrying out Final Assembly and Disassembly of all Major Modules and Jet Engines.o Worked in sub-assembly area and gained a lot of experience in all modules on the V2500.o During sub-assembly I had to ensure correct certification and traceability of parts was available, on completion of module I would inspect and test per current authorisation for work (AFW) before transportation to the next procedure.o Selected to go to Rolls Royce Berlin for training on new tooling and procedures for sub-assembly of the High Pressure Compressor Rotor module on the V2500.o Supervised and trained Apprentices in all aspects of the Jet Engine MRO business.o Worked to exacting standards involving measurements and calculations under ISO9000 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and OSHAS 18000 Safety Standards.o Performed all technical works to Engine Manufacturer Specifications under EASA 145.o Developed expertise in using SAP system for labour logging and part ordering.o Communicated work progress and Shift hand overs to Line Managers on a daily basis.o Actively engaged in Company LEAN projects and was a member of the P60 team which reduced turnaround time from 120 to 55 days over 12 months.o Played an active role in Kaizen Projects to reduce Company costs in Engine Overhaul Procedures.o Worked independently to diagnose and repair Test Cell failures, delivering sustainable solutions and recording same for future knowledge.

o Completed apprenticeship and graduated to full time Fitter role working on lathes and milling machines manufacturing components for Hydraulic Cylinders.o Would carry out maintenance and inspections on Hydraulic Cylinders and Motors, this would include seal changes and maintenance to Shafts and Pistons.o In my last 3 years with the company I become a competent Welder and in the process of bending and fitting Hydraulic Pipes.o After completion of the products I also had to inspect and test Cylinders and Motors to make sure the products were up to the standards set by the company and costumer.
