Overall responsibility for assisting with the management of all environments (including development, test and production), with the primary focus on release and deployment functions. This role involves liaising with Solutions Delivery, Infrastructure, Service Delivery and 3rd parties, to ensure successful outcomes.During this time I have been involved in the implementation of an end-to-end Release Management process, to include the design and implementation of service release and deployment management policies. This has included the creation of an Environment Ownership strategy, for incorporation into the Change Management framework.I have also had active involvement with updating the service knowledge management and configuration management database systems utilising ServiceNow & Snow. Along with assisting in ensuring rigorous application of change management processes to all environments, in line with best practice. Including active involvement in the CAB for forward planning of change, for both scheduled releases & unplanned (ECAB) changes.

Overall responsibility for the delivery of the Williams & Glynn automated batch platform from the RBS Williams & Glynn Production automated batch schedule platform, this included;Conversion of RBS/Williams & Glynn batch & schedule systems to a stand-alone Williams & Glynn platform utilising CA7 including CA7 Batch Terminals. Followed by test execution of the stand-alone Williams & Glynn Batch Schedules through CA7.Manage and implement all planned & emergency operational changes into the Production environment, following strict Change Management guidelines. This included the implementation of all new and amended batch and batch schedule releases into the Williams & Glynn Production environment.Defect Management for all Williams & Glynn batch & schedule failures controlled by HP Quality Centre, including fault reporting, analysis & resolution management.Project Management test reporting for batch performance.

Responsible for the delivery & management of all test environments, including; Active, regular engagement with all key stakeholders, including business management, on/offshore service suppliers etc. Managing and enforcement of the test environment process, including control of all changes to the test environments from both in-house and external suppliers. Responsible for the delivery & management of multiple, dedicated BoE test environments and shared external vendor (Financial Conduct Authority) hosted test environments. Worked as a Manual Test Analyst testing the functionality between the ALM Console & the Atlassian Jira Toolset within a Windows/SQL Server & Linux Environment. This included the creation and execution of SAT, FAT, OAT and UAT test scripts. Defect Management & Defect Retesting also formed a major aspect of this testing role.

Responsible for all data transfer processing & batch processing between MS WinTel Servers and Z/OS Mainframes, including performance tuning of all WinTel Servers.This was achieved by utilising Connect Direct, HP Open View, NetSupport Manager, Dollar ($) Universe Desktop, Graphic Job Monitor, Windows Server 2003 & MS SQL Server.

Responsible for the planning, building and execution of SSE (Single Settlement Engine) environments for Securities & Settlements based Bank of England testing.
