The company produces about 150 yachts per year, ranging from 40 foot through to 58 foot. I hold a position on the Executive Management Team.Head up a Procurement Team of Engineers, Adhoc Purchases and administrators. My Team is responsible for a buying book in excess of $60mill a year, which relates to managing 450 plus suppliers and over 5000 parts.With over 30 years of active marine industry experience, I am involved in the technical side of new in-house product development, current technical challenges and Client and supplier interaction specifications.As a Yacht Owner I further spend time uplifting staff, team building and growing my enjoyment of sailing through the business. As a sailor, I run a keel boat racing program where we have a team of 14 active sailors, and a support program that includes a media presence of about 400 subscribers. This is run under the "Stella" Branding and is considered as the hobby.

Visited the Clients Bases to better the business working relationship and increase the awareness of their unique requirements, so that we could ensure best offering going forward. Visited international trade shows in the USA and Europe where I have established long term trade relationship for R&C and the Client base that we service.
