Evolution Communications, a South Florida based Internet Service Provider (ISP) was its parent company. The company's strategy was to establish co-branding partnerships with the most powerful media and telecommunication firms in South America. My company offered to develop and maintain, free of charge, internet portals, hosting, bandwidth, 24/7 bilingual tech support, etc. in exchange for the exclusive content rights of programming outside of the partner's market/country.
