When the mission suffered mandatory troop cuts, was able to expedite the required troops back to garrison before the prescribed timeline. Using my technical and tactical skills, was able to embrace the military mantra of saving and recycling and reintroduced back to the military system 311 pieces of equipment worth $1.518.370. This required working with the Afghan national Army (ANA) as well as Local Nationals (LN’s) and embracing the training in communication and diplomacy that we developed through the mission.
