Operations ManagerResponsible for leading a Sales Management Team in a fast moving multi – campaign operation. Working daily with on – site SKY Client to meet and exceed agreed Service Levels. Coaching, motivating and developing a team of 10 Team Managers to deliver team performance that exceeds campaign KPI’s and maximises customer experience.Playing a key role in Project Management and implementation of several new inbound campaigns for SKY, offering the Client a diversity of skills including Customer Attraction, Upgrades and Retention. Citypoint is now recognized as offering a full Customer Lifecycle Solution.Responsibility for forecasting and delivering resource requirements, including large scale FTE increases. Developed new Resource Scheduling patterns designed to exceed the needs of the Client whilst improving Business Unit revenue through maximizing productivity.Presenting strategic performance reviews to the client’s senior marketing team and Sales Managers.
