He possess expertise in six sigma, matlab, pro engineer, creo, data acquisition and 27 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Andrew participated in Snap-on Diagnostics’ Summer Internship Program from June to August, 2013. At the onset of the program, Andrew was given the specification for a prototype test set-up for simulating multiple cars on the test bench with a single test execution. During the short time that Andrew worked for us, he quickly met the initial goals set out by the project manager which included building out the hardware, researching the protocols for the communication to each bench ECU, and modifying and extending out the scripts. After completing the project ahead of schedule, he was then asked to extend the project out to more ECUs and 2 additional markets, and to instrument the execution to send out the results by email. He completed the entire project during his time here, including a comprehensive user guide and training for the rest of the team. This new test environment is now an integral part of the regular test cycle at a significant cost savings to the company.
From the day Andrew started, he quickly integrated with the rest of the team. A very quick learner, he was extremely professional for someone at any level of experience, and handled himself as an equal to those with multiple decades of experience. He participated as a member of a scrum team, where he was asked to write his own stories for each two week sprint, present his work at each sprint review, and provided estimates during the planning sessions. Overall he was a tremendous asset to the team, and Iwould bring Andrew back next summer without hesitation."
