Andrew received his degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2004. Andrew worked as an intern for the Missouri Department of Transportation from 2001-2004. After gradutation, Andrew began working for Sprenkle & Associates, Inc., in December, 2004.Andrew brings over 15 years of experience to Anderson Engineering with many types projects, including roadway design & signal projects, sidewalk & trail projects, bridge projects, commercial & industrial site development, storm water collection, detention, and floodplain analysis projects, water system improvement projects, and santitary sewer collection system projects from project concept through construction inspection and administration. He is experienced in managing all phases of the design process including design, coordination with clients, managing office personnel, and construction administration and inspection; serving as the primary contact with the client to ensure client's needs are exceeded. Andrew serves on the FE Exam Development Committee for the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying in Clemson, South Carolina.Andrew Eckhart, P.E., Project Manager
