I worked closely with the owners to create a new brand identity for the firm, moved all marketing & media production in-house, and have worked to develop & implement campaigns across multiple forms of media (television, social media, print) which have increased case volume, increased case value, and reduced overall marketing expenditure while continuing to build brand awareness & trust.In addition to marketing duties, I also conduct analysis on in-office workflows and procedures to help identify inefficiencies and streamline processes. A few examples include building several templates and automation chains for accounting procedures to increase speed and reduce user-error, transitioning our server-based case management system to a cloud-based one which allows for greater flexibility in access to information, and revamping the digital filing procedure to promote consistency and reliability.

Humble Media Co. is a joint venture between Casey Hardman and myself which provides professional, engaging, and creative video content with a narrative-first focus. We work closely with each client to identify their unique personality or brand and create compelling content to bring their story to life. Casey and I use our overlapping and complementary skillsets to efficiently and effectively carry a project from the planning stages to the finish line, managing everything from storyboarding to post-production and the final delivery of polished products, including music videos, wedding coverage, product promos, and more.

I wear multiple hats at Subarex - on the customer-facing end, I have worked to create a clean, professional, and trustworthy image to build the business into a notable, trustworthy brand with a reputation for quality and value. In 2013, we were primarily selling cars online through eBay, where we maintained a 100% positive feedback rating and where I coded a custom sales template which was later used by eBay in their dealer training program. In 2019, we formally renamed & rebranded from Carwrex Preowned & Rebuilt Autos to Subarex and shifted our focus to local sales driven by social media and word-of-mouth. I developed our new branding, website, and all promotional materials, with a leaning toward producing entertaining, engaging social media videos with a mixture of promotional material, entertainment pieces, and behind-the-scenes lifestyle videos to build a personal connection with the people behind the brand.On the back-end, I provide the resources our team needs to back up the image put forth in the marketing. A few examples include the creation of an Excel-based algorithm to evaluate potential builds based on target costs & profit margins, an automated system to display close-to-real-time cost & time analytics to the techs, and a cloud-based project management system to efficiently track production status.
