Inflight Creations is a full creative service agency that specializes in print, television and digital advertising; web design and social media; public relations and brand management; graphic design and illustration; consumer insights and analytics; video and post-production; commercial photography along with creative consulting based on a companies needs.

One of the more prestigious resorts in the Scottsdale area, The Phoenician attracts the crowd of the more luxurious type. Working in this environment I must keep a very professional stature. I have split duties at the moment working at a guard shack on the property where I interact with guests and visitors and provide directions or parking options if needed. Working as a valet attendant I report directly to the lobby where I valet guests and visitors cars and also provide other services when needed.

Mercury Payment Systems allows me to interact with the merchants the company serves. My job is to help these merchants with the problems that arise in the credit card process on a day to day basis. I optimize my learning to insure the best customer service by every phone call I am presented. I gain knowledge form the problems presented by the merchants, and solving where in the core of Mercury the solution resides.

My responsibilities included interacting with customers and helping them with issues, utilizing my knowledge of the site and it's services.
