Organize and create meeting agendas, facilitate conversations and collaborations between students/faculty/staff, connect with relevant administrators to work on committee goals. The current charge is, organizing an argument to get Sustainability on the next UWL Strategic Plan. I've divided group members into four groups: Student Recruitment/Retention, Environmental Social Justice, Community Engagement, Financial Impact. The groups are designated to formulate arguments based on these main topics, once completed these arguments will be compiled into a formal document and presented to various administrators.

Main goal is to support students in the College of Science and Health, to make sure their interests are being discussed in Student Government. Have worked on: Student Issues with Online Learning, calls for Divestment from Fossil Fuels from the UW System, and more.

As the Green Fund Coordinator my duties are to: to oversee administrative, financial and promotional activities of the Green Fund. Most of my time is spent collaborating with students/staff/faculty, as I help bring together relevant bodies at UWL to discuss new sustainable projects. I regularly collaborate with campus administrators, where we discuss project feasibility and costs. I have overseen the allocation of hundreds of thousands of Student Segregated Fees, resulting in energy use and waste savings.

Teach different groups of kids Ultimate Frisbee, aged 4-14. Created practice plans for each of the groups, varied due to skill level and age.
