Leverages cloud capabilities including cutting edge automation tools to build and support a highly scalable infrastructure for diverse environments and clients. Translates organizational level business requirements and use cases into infrastructure capabilities. Able to communicate business needs and requirements to stakeholders of various levels. Responsible for ensuring the work effort, schedule, and the output quality level of the work tasks or deliverables conform to the plans of the project. Responsible for the oversight of all contract personnel ensuring project resources are available and provide issue resolution in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Proactively manages customer service relationships, coordinates activities, provides issue resolution, and distributes deliverables on time.
