ISX Financial provides solutions for Core Banking, SEPA connectivity, Payment Services for cards and SEPA, KYC, and e-money.I led the engineering, security, and regulated operations functions in Australia, Cyprus, Lithuania and the USA. I delivered multiple new payment channels, new mobile KYC and consumer onboarding, a regulatory data lake, rationalized the technology stack across five product lines, reorganized the technology function, and established a US technology organization.

DXC Business Process Services provides seamless digital integration of your front and back offices.I worked closely with sales, product and operations to drive the product and technology roadmaps for Business Process Services, using leading edge artificial intelligence, automation and cloud technology. I led the engineering teams that built the products, and launched them with customers.Key projects included the launch of Agile Process Automation (a cloud based process mining and RPA solution), due diligence during the potential sale of the BPS business, migrating 28 contact centers from a legacy on-premise telephony platform to Amazon Connect and Twilio, and various smaller projects in the banking and customer experience spaces.

I led the technology side of Redwood's business, developing the products and platforms that our customers use to automate their businesses.I grew the technology team while driving strategy, integration, and productization of field solutions. I launched the world's first SaaS automation service RunMyJobs, transformed the Report2Web product and established a repeatable competitive migration business, and added multiple new vertical solutions to the product portfolio.Redwood was purchased by Turn/River Capital for €315m in May 2021.

As Development Manager I was responsible for the architecture and delivery of Cronacle 8, a complete rewrite of the Cronacle code as a Java based web application with agents written in C. I was also a significant contributor to early versions of the code.

As Product Manager I was initially responsible for CronacleBeans, and later all of Cronacle. My responsibilities included working with customers and the development team; some consulting and working with the business development team to position Cronacle as the automation solution of choice for SAP.Results included SAP signing OEM and reseller agreements for Cronacle, and a number of significant deals for Cronacle and CronacleBeans.

Initially I worked on Cronacle (Business Process Automation), OutRun (an Automation Portal). Cronacle 5 & 6 were built in C and PL/SQL. OutRun was a Java based web application (Servlets) that interfaced to Cronacle to provide automation capabilities to a wider audience.While working on Cronacle and OutRun I saw the value that they could provide automating not only Oracle and SAP but Java applications, this lead me to develop CronacleBeans. CronacleBeans can either be embedded in a J2EE application or act as a standalone agent.

I worked as a consultant on projects including: a secure multi-channel banking system; a copyright registration and music distribution over the internet; and aspects of a large financial data warehouse.Relational Consultancy was later acquired by AllShare.

I developed a Point of Sale/stock control system for a retail store (in use from 1995 to 2012), written in Delphi with a Paradox database.
