My responsibilities as a member of the Junior School Management Team at Whitesands School encompass a wide range of tasks related to administration, leadership, and student development.These tasks include but are not limited to:1. Collaborating with other members of the school management team to maintain and implement the school's educational philosophy as well as other school policies and strategic plans in the Junior School.2. Providing leadership and guidance to other junior school staff in my team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.3. Addressing and resolving student welfare and behavioral issues in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff.4. Maintaining an open and transparent communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, school events, and important announcements. Organizing and participating in parent-teacher meetings, to strengthen the school-parent partnership.5. Preparing regular reports for the Vice Principal's meeting with the management team on the performance and progress of the students in my year group.
