An enduring interest in architectural design and the built environment. I have long experience in creating space, improving and adding value to new and existing projects. As well as speculatively developing many infill and brownfield residential plots, we have successfully completed many design and build projects for numerous satisfied clients. I get a great deal of satisfaction from using my extensive experience to enable clients, old and new, to navigate the challenges of designing, planning and securing permissions for their projects.The key to every successful project lies in a well thought out design.When not attending to my day job, I have a major curiosity for large scale engineering schemes, otherwise you will see me out and about with a spaniel, in my favourite stomping grounds of the Lakes and Dales.
