We are the UK & European agent for Fuji Techno Industries the manufacturer of super metering pump which is the most accurate in the world and pulsation free. Main benefits of this pump are:- very accurate control of feeding or dosing chemical into microreactor or mixer;- free of pulsation feeding that eliminate or minimise cavitation and gas bubbles (hydrogen peroxide);- super critical parameter reactions: temperature up to 200C, pressure up to 2000 bars, viscosity from below 1cP up to 100,000 cP's, flow rate range from 0.13ml/min to over 200 L/min (vary with size of pump);- wide range of material: SUS316/316L; Hastelloy B/C; Titanium; PEEK; PTFE; Kalrez, etc.- FDA approved parts configuration available;- ATEX certified;Super Metering Pumps gained massive reputation for their success in handling critical chemical reactions, like:- Dakin reaction (Hydrogen Peroxide);- Halogen and organic lithium exchange (BuLi reaction);- Mixing Grignard reagent with various chemicals.The pumps can also handle liquid with slurry (e.g. carbon catalyser, sulphur particles, etc.). Not all type of slurry, but they have got a good rate of success.
