In 2003 I started as a graduate at Marsh in Melbourne. Rotating through the larger and more complex ASX Risk Managed accounts was a fantastic platform to learn. I moved across to Aon where I spent five great years managing a range of client portfolio’s across sectors and risk classes. I worked with some of the worlds best professionals and was fortunate to build knowledge and learn from them in areas outside of traditional/ transactional Insurance such as Risk Profiling, Risk Accounting, Alternate Risk Financing and Facultative Reinsurance. My journey to Honan and the decade I have worked and helped grow the company began in 2009, being one of the foundation employees in our Sydney office and overseeing the growth for five years before moving back to Melbourne to take on various leadership roles. I am now incredibly proud to lead the company as we begin to define ourselves as the largest and best privately held insurance advisory firm in Asia Pacific.
