As a software developer at Hancock Claims Consultants, I work on transforming legacy web applications into a modern, RESTful .NET Core platform. I have successfully integrated external services, such as Hi Marley, VIP, and Xact, to enhance the functionality and performance of the application. I graduated from Auburn University in just 3 years, with a 4.0 GPA and Honors in Computer Science. During my time at Auburn, I gained valuable experience interning at ExxonMobil, where I delved into Azure Cloud development and pipelines. I have also worked on legacy mainframe systems in COBOL, JCL, DB2 SQL, and CICS screens at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. I'm always willing and able to pick up diverse and even obscure technologies to gain more skills and broaden my knowledge.My approach to work is driven by my values of crafting coherent code, fostering good documentation practices, and promoting effective team communication.
