Managing Pre-hospital Clinicians - providing Clinical leadership and professional guidance to clinicians including monitoring and reporting on clinical standards and performance. In addition, working on the First Responder Unit (FRU) to attend emergencies.Data and Risk Analysis – maintaining a database of all EMT activities, conducting risk assessments to prevent sentinel events, addressing near-miss events, facilitating internal and external field audits, reporting any Environmental, Health, Safety and Occupational Hazards, Risks and Incidents to the relevant departments.Implementing Occupational Health and Safety Requirements – ensuring that all crew members are trained to adhere to work safety practices by using safe working procedures, equipment and materials, applying Occupational Health and Safety practices and participates in regular trainings to stay updated in accident and emergency procedure management for them to carry out their roles in risk reduction and creating a clean, safe and secure workplace. Team performance management and development – Managing cross-functional/cultural team of 30 in 5 locations, driving the team performance by conducting regular performance evaluations, providing them with continuous feedback for performance improvement, coaching them to success including using the corrective action process when appropriate, and creating incentives and a positive work atmosphere. Managing the team shifts by effectively creating shift schedules, tracking attendance, planning their annual leave and monitoring absenteeism, maintaining open communication with superiors and with direct reports specifically in regards to new policies, procedures and providing comprehensive handover summary to peers to maintain direct and clear communication.Legal Compliance – ensuring that the internal policies and procedures are up to date and in line with the federal policies and continuously guiding the team members to understand and abide by them.

Emergency and Public Safety contract - Responding to calls for ambulance assistance, providing a high standard of pre-hospital care to patients and transporting them safely to medical facilities as required. Assist Basic and Intermediate Life support units with acutely unwell patients and provide extended care.Helicopter Emergency Medical Service Contract – HEMS Flight Paramedic, responding to calls for HEMS assistance, providing a high standard of pre-hospital care to acutely unwell patients and transporting them safely to medical facilities as required.Abu Dhabi Airport Contract - Responding to calls for medical assistance within the airport and air side, providing a high standard of pre-hospital care to patients in the airport clinic.
