In these roles, my work helped Audible scale its subsidiary ACX in throughput, scaling from 2,000 audiobooks processed per year in 2011 to 36,000 audiobooks as of last year, exponentially increasing Audible’s audiobook catalog.As a Product Manager, I created, launched, and managed end-to-end lifecycles for successful internal & external audio technology products at Audible and its subsidiary, ACX. Before that, as an Operations Supervisor, I co-managed Audible’s ACX quality assurance team and standardized, automated, and documented the company’s internal workflow and CMS. This allowed me to improve our customer SLA by three days and maintain it during my time at Audible without increasing the size or budget of the team.
