Established in 2016 by a group of four directors with a combined experience of 150 years in the field of property development and asset management the company is currently in the process of land acquisition to support a growing portfolio of sites for development.We are currently building a new mews development in Ringwood Road, Eastbourne which will be ready for release in September.

Working to the Construction Director we are contracting the multi-million pound development of Brighton Marina, an eight to ten year programme creating circa: 1100 new homes plus commercial space.Recruited to oversea the finishing work and sign off for phase one of the project this year along with the fit out of seven new restaurant premises, a new RNLI station and a new Boardwalk.Next we are already building the coffa dam within the inner harbour for phase 2 of the project which will include a 45 story tower rising out from the sea.

Development Consultant for a new partnership initiative between Eastbourne Borough Council and it's ALMO Eastbourne Homes Ltd to develop a programme of sustainable developments in Eastbourne linked to economic prosperity and new homes.Acting as buyer, I was commissioned to acquire redundant and unused commercial and residential space within the borough and negotiate both on and off market for its purchase. I was tasked with appraising project viability and establishing contracts for the successful conversion of acquired space into residential units.

As a member of the Senior Management Team I am head of the team responsible for the planned refurbishment and regeneration programmes of the organisations housing stock. Richmond Housing Stock is an award winning housing association where the staff motto is 'I am proud to be RHP'.

Establishment of a new repairs and maintainence contract for 7500 homes in Kent. To include an apprenticeship and local employment programme

Developed the Constructing Futures brand, in partnership with Brighton & Hove CC and local construction companies, through employer engagement, to support young people and long term unemployed into work. Designed and established the construction training centre in East Brighton.
