After a long period on furlough during the Pandemic, I was offered a role in the Covid vaccination programme. As an operations manager at one of the largest local vaccination centres in Manchester I helped coordinate the vaccination of over 100000 patients. In this role I was introduced to the Primary Care sector. I have been working as a Practice Manager for the Better Health MCR primary care network since January 2022. My role has responsibility for the successful operation of 3 GP practices, providing care for over 40000 patients.I have a passion for optimising patient care and improving services.
