I am client partner and co-founder of Frank, Bright & Abel: a creative communications consultancy shaped to fit our clients' brand, employer brand, marketing and communications challenges. We place equal importance on strategy, creative and delivery, because great communication comprises all of them. We're direct, creative and thorough, because it produces the best work. We're independent, because the only thing that should drive us is our clients. We set up Frank, Bright & Abel, because we couldn't find the same balance anywhere else. With Dean Beswick, we've launched a new animation and film company called Gorilla Gorilla, With Isabel Collins Belonging Space and with Robin Arnold and Eddy Bennett 22 Group which all form part of The Pride, as we know that small is good but collaboration can be better.Also, as co-founder of Radley Yeldar in 1986, I was instrumental in building it to be one of the largest and most successful independent creative communications consultancies. Though Carl Radley and I are still great friends, I sold my shares and left RY in 2012.
