Supported the Space Lift Range Services Contract.Duties included the development, integration and testing of a new Upper Air Weather Profiling System, and a new NOAA GOES Satellite Ground Station and Image Processing subsystem for the USAF at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Senior Engineer assigned to Technical Lead duties including Hardware, Software and Network Engineering, and Project Management. As an Integrated Project Team (IPT) Lead and Technical Lead I was responsible for the all phases of project engineering including preparation of new business proposals and estimates, requirements definition and management, design, procurement, development, installation, test and integration for Control and Display, Range Safety, Surveillance, Weather and Data Processing systems. I also served as a Control Account Manager (CAM) responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of several projects. I was I key participant achieving ISO, EVMS and CMM Level 2 certifications. Served as a primary USAF customer interface, ensuring USAF product test & integration and process satisfaction, and providing inputs to Award Fee documentation.

As a Computer Scientist, I was a Lead Master Controller for the Real Time Computer System at the USAF Range Operations Control Center. Performed analyst training, group administration and supervision; In addition to supporting all phases of Eastern Range Launches, I performed detailed data, systems and software analysis, including anomaly investigations and code reviews; Established and maintained operating procedures and training packages; Identified, investigated and tracked system deficiencies, validated deficiency resolutions; and provided briefings to management, Air Force officials and launch customers on launch system status and anomaly investigations. As a Software Engineer I provided task leadership for, and participated in the design, coding, testing and documentation of Real-time and Near Real-time Range Safety and Data Reduction software resident on dual CYBER Range Safety Critical computer systems. Responsible for supporting Launch Operations as a Real Time Data Analyst at the Central Computer Complex.
