With over ten years of experience in engineering leadership roles and 25 years in ski industry tech, I am passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering innovative solutions, and driving smart business decisions. I have a strong background in solution architecture, software development, and databases, and I enjoy solving complex problems and creating value for customers and stakeholders. As the Director of Engineering at accesso, I was responsible for leading the client applications and data and analytics teams, and aligning our vision and strategy with the company's mission and culture.In my most recent role, I led the development and maintenance of the accesso Siriusware suite of applications, as well as the accesso Insights platform, which provides business intelligence and reporting capabilities to clients across various industries. I managed a team of over 20 software engineers, and collaborated with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services. I also leveraged my skills in solution architecture, software development, and databases to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and robust systems and processes.
