The purpose of this role is to enhance both Grosvenor's reputation and operational efficiency, by managing customer relationships and delivering in line with our promises. Prepare and maintain an operational improvement plan for all 15 building within my portfolio, this is delivering a high quality, accurate, legally compliant and efficient service, especially the service charge process including budgeting, consultation, communication, monitoring of expenditure and reporting.
