Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN) is one of New Zealand’s major North Island social services provider, delivering much-needed support for those struggling with mental health issues, the elderly, those surviving abuse, and families looking for a way through. I worked across PSN’s five national services (Lifeline Aotearoa, Shine, Family Works, Family Works Resolution Services and Enliven), delivering a range of brand, marketing and communication responsibilities (external and internal-facing), ensuring brands are aligned with established guidelines and strategic objectives. I formulated strategy, marketing plans for lead-generation, client retention across all comms channels, and conceptualise and produce collateral for direct marketing campaigns. Ensuring brand integrity and usage are maintained was central to my role, which involved careful monitoring of brand assets when collaborating with external third parties. I liaised with the media and PR companies to manage media releases, interviews, ensuring brand values and core messages appeared consistently.Highlights included brand-monitoring, co-creating alongside external agencies in raising $1.7M during Lifeline’s inaugural 72 Club national fundraising campaign. Writing a funding proposal that led to winning $67K from a globally-recognised brand, beginning the process of revamping two national websites by drawing out their strengths from a customer-centric perspective.

HealthLink connects the Health sector across New Zealand through Australasia’s largest Healthcare IT network. I managed HealthLink’s brand within New Zealand, ensuring consistency and compliance with established guidelines, bringing its core values to life. I conceptualised and produced sales collateral (service brochures, customer journey videos, exhibition strategy and collateral, web design: content and art direction, and direct marketing. Transforming Healthlink’s CareSelect online client bios into customer-centric lead-generation tools was a highlight, as was achieving an outstanding 35% response rate from HiNZ (NZ’s largest digital healthcare conference), leading to high quality sales leads. Additionally, coordinating the production of Customer Journey videos to expand HealthLink’s Australian forms footprint was particularly rewarding as it involved collaborating with an Australian pre-production company and an Auckland-based post-production company.

Capri Hospital provided residential behavioural health care, specialising in the treatment of psychological distress. In addition to brand management, I closely collaborated with the CEO and senior management on lead-generation strategy and execution across TVCs, social media and Google advertising. Involved regular liaising with media placement, Google Adwords, SEO specialists, tracking analytics. I published an original eBook as a lead-generating tool in exchange for prospect email addresses, used to roll out an email nurturing campaign, and co-produced a regular VLOG to strengthen Capri’s position as an expert in the field and thought leader.

EDENZ Colleges is a Tertiary College providing Business, English, TESOL, Film, Technology, animation courses and Bachelor’s Degrees. I promoted the TESOL department’s teaching qualifications, managed pre and post-course administration, delivered post-course presentations to educate graduates about career and study options, facilitated overseas teaching placements, and promoted free English classes to enable teaching trainees to have sufficient practice as part of their assessments.

I worked across a variety of direct to consumer and business to business brands, supplying creative that surpassed client goals and expectations.

Highlights included winning Gold for Candida Art of the Envelope, maintaining a highly popular Direct Mail eNewsletter, REDDirect for New Zealand Post, and raising the profile of Pfizer Animal Health products to the pharmacy sector.
