I’m the classic Walmart story. I stared there awhile back at the lowest position, pushing carts. Through hard work and motivation I was able to work my way into the store as a sales floor associate on the mod team. From there I went to lawn and garden and within a year I took over as the manager of the department. After being the department manager for almost 5 years, I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager.After working for WalMart for the better part of 12 years I decided it was time for a change. I was recruited on LinkedIn by Cintas, and have been working there every since.
