✅To ensure customers have a great shopping trip and serving our customers, communities and planet a little bit better everyday. ✅Responsible for operation and supervision of Tesco Express format store generating a sales of £80k weekly approx. ✅Deliver the Big 6 KPIs: grow sales; increase profit; improve cash flow; customers; colleagues and partnerships.✅In-charge to lead and manage a workforce of 15-20 colleagues, increasing customer satisfaction by developing colleagues' skills through coaching and engagement.✅Accountable for direct management of the team: hiring, coaching, evaluating, development, assigned tasks and team objectives.✅Conducting appraisal of lower level management on a quarterly basis and upskilling and training accordingly increasing the quality of work, motivation and retention.
