Partner with Belcan’s key client(s) on resourcing needs, project tracking and business development efforts. I worked with Belcan and client executive leadership on execution of program initiatives within SOW and MSA agreements that drive business growth of the partnership. I am the liaison between consultants, client managers, Belcan leadership and program supporters. Specific duties include:Project Support• Support Program Management Leader on coordination activities i.e. resource planning, onboarding consultant execution, SOW/Invoicing tracking and delivery.• Attend Project meetings as required• Recruiting activities: direct recruiting efforts as well as serve as the POC for all recruiting activities including partners, internal recruiter support, interviewing, interview coordination, HR offer coordination.Standardization Work• Work in collaboration with client and Program Manager to assist in creating SOW response, invoicing process change, change request orders, uniformity of partnership terms, update and maintain standard materials for engagements.• Collaborate with Team on a regular basis to review all project documents, discuss the functionality of each and update if necessary, to meet project needs and ensure a standardized Belcan experience. • Lead special projects.Business Development • Execute BD activities as directed by Belcan leadership into the client(s) target prospects to grow our solutions presence within the account• Grow Belcan business into new areas of the client(s) enterprise• Develop an enterprise sales strategy and chart client relationship matrix • Monthly update meetings on enterprise sales strategy progress, • Revenue/GM growth of the account Tracking and Reporting• Maintain all contract KPI's and SLAs to ensure all deliverables are met.• Survey clients to obtain opinions and feedback on engagement.
