I gather information on health related issues and write or broadcast it through a wide array of media outlets. I travel to scenes of events, look through documents and conduct interviews. I take photos for social media and print platforms as well as collect footage for broadcast platforms. In addition, I record and edit audio for various radio stations.I am also supporting the Internal and External Relations unit with public relations as I am involved in analysing trends and predicting outcomes. Generating and managing content for online platforms makes my work.

As Public Relations Assistant, I was responsible for keeping calendars (editorial, press conferences, events etc.) and media lists. Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions with senior management. Assist in organising and execution of events, campaigns etc.Conduct research to support PR planningDraft and distribute content such as releasesEnsure production of videos and presentations as assigned. Support relations with stakeholders, media, vendors and clients. Assist in tracking media coverage or PR metrics (e.g. web analytics)Invent ways to streamline communication and plan execution and undertake general administrative and clerical duties.

-Preparation of press releases and media briefs (print and electronic) - Work with the Web Manager to update website content and other media platforms- Regularly track, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of MoH communication tools and inform the Directorate of Technical Support Services of the processes.- Track and monitor press appearances of MoH work and also track and monitor press events that are relevant to MoH work. -Enable the assembly of superior video, print, web-based, photographic, and print materials for operative stakeholder- Put into effect the active and intensive use of social media to communicate and engage with stakeholders and audiences on disease outbreaks or health education programs.-Participate in the development and improvement of Electronic Performance Assessment (e-PA)-Edit speeches and Talking Points of MoH and stakeholder's events
