Global product & sales Manager at JW Devol Engineering, responsible for the global development, strategy and sales of high performance thermoplastic solutions.Responsible for the sales management and growth of existing direct accounts, along with the generation and conversion of new business opportunities, whilst driving sales through all James Walker global sales territories for all focus industries and applications. Focused very heavily on the development and growth of Devlon and other thermoplastic material parts to Oil & Gas , Valve OEM's and end users from a technical and commercial perspective covering topside and subsea applications.

Responsible for the management and development of existing accounts along with focusing on new business lead generation and conversion within the Oil & Gas industry.Provision of high quality service and support to major Oil & Gas OEMs from both a technical and commercial perspective covering Wellhead, X-mass Tree, Valve, Intervention, Production and Completion product manufacturers.Responsible for selling a very diverse range of products from the James Walker group with specific focus on high performance sealing products for Oil & Gas topside & subsea applications utilising high performance elastomeric, thermoplastic and metallic seals and components.Ability to understand the topside & subsea application environment, liaising with technical teams at the appropriate group sites and providing customers with the most appropriate material selection and sealing solutions for their applications along with the development of customer specific products and custom designed solutions.

Provision of technical support for elastomer sealing products and materials for the general and Oil & Gas industries.First point of contact for James Walker existing and new customers requiring technical support for material compatibility, housing geometry, seal design and testing recommendations. Liaising with senior applications engineers and material technicians to ensure customers enquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.Development of technical queries and following them through to point of quotation or passing on of potential sales leads to external sales representatives. Training and coaching of internal sales representatives to increase knowledge and awareness of products and materials.
